N3B and Department of Energy / EM-LA to Hold Virtual Environmental Management Cleanup Forum on June 24 – Los Alamos Reporter



The Department of Energy’s Los Alamos Field Office and its former waste contractor, N3B-Los Alamos, are hosting a virtual community meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, using the WebEx platform. This virtual event will include discussions on the environmental management mission at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), recent progress and future cleanup priorities.

The community discussion / Q&A that will follow a short presentation will provide an opportunity for the public to participate in heritage clean-up activities and decisions to come.

Community members who are interested in cleaning up the environment at LANL and would like to have a say in future decisions are invited to attend the meeting.
