N3B and DOE/EM-LA to Host Hybrid Environmental Management Cleanup Forum Thursday – Los Alamos Reporter

The Los Alamos Field Office of the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management and its legacy waste management contractor, N3B-Los Alamos, are hosting an in-person and virtual community meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. 30, Thursday, June 16 at Fuller Stay at Los Alamos and use the WebEx platform virtually.

This hybrid event will feature discussions on the environmental stewardship mission at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), recent progress, and future cleanup priorities. The community discussion/question and answer that will follow a short presentation will provide an opportunity for the public to participate in legacy cleanup activities and upcoming decisions. Members of the community who have an interest in environmental clean-up at LANL and who would like to have a say in future decisions are invited to attend the meeting.
