On Sunday, June 5, as part of the annual environmental education program, a treasure hunt will take place in Parque Huerta Julian from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The treasure hunt will consist of eight different tasks: including mind games, crosswords of environmental words, messages hidden in recycled bottles, writing with the foot, removing tar with gloves and masks on paper, and puzzle games.
All ages, skills and abilities are welcome, according to Axarquia Plus.
The annual environmental education program organizes the event to explain the importance of water for life and the problems of drought and desertification.
Several groups will be formed and participants will receive a map of the park. The location of all the different tasks will be marked. As participants complete each task, they can have their card signed and will then receive a clue on how to find the next task.
The team that completes all the tasks the fastest will win an eco package.
To participate in the family treasure hunt, you will need to register in advance at https://www.programa-educacion-medioambiental.com/.
The free activity should end at 2:00 p.m.
Parque Huerta Julian is located at Av. Cotomar, 20, 29730 Rincón de la Victoria.
